WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests at the reception with warmth, guiding them through their experience at red. and answering simple questions about our rituals and memberships
• Create a calm, uplifting atmosphere by being present, kind, and attentive to the flow of the studio
• Help with light studio tasks such as checking them in, setting up their chosen experience, tidying up between sessions and ensuring the lounge remains inviting
• Support the smooth running of events, classes, and community experiences
• Share your own authentic enthusiasm for red. offerings, encouraging guests to explore memberships, upgrades, or additional experiences
• Be attentive to details, making sure each guest feels valued, safe, and cared for

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a warm, welcoming personality and love connecting with people
• Passionate about wellbeing, red light therapy and mindfulness
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up when scheduled
• Open-minded, detail-oriented, and happy to take initiative in keeping the space harmonious
• Able to contribute a minimum of 5–10 hours per month (including occasional evenings or weekends)

Hiring: Fitness Instructors, Trainers and Coaches

red. is launching a new concept fusing red light technology with movement. We are looking for dynamic and innovative fitness coaches and instructors to develop and teach new classes in our mindfulness studio.

This is your chance if you are enthusiastic about (mat) pilates, yoga, breathwork, core strength training, stretching and are excited about the idea of creating unique fitness concepts blending movement and mindfulness under with a therapeutic dose of red and infrared light.

This is a paid opportunity to regularly teach small group and/or private classes in your area of interest while creating something new and engaging. We are open to developing a wide variety of movement and mindfulness concepts and are excited to hear what this opportunity inspires in you!

You will also gain training and education in red light therapy and longevity strategy applications and have access to other experiences and events at red.
