The red. Mindfulness Studio features the strongest red light technology panel in the studio which you can sit or move in front of. You and your guest may use all equipment in the studio including a selection of red. meditations and pre-recorded yoga flows. With large mirrors, warm light, yoga mats and bolsters you may use this space to recharge in your own style.
